Here's what you need to know: Rich is a floor wizard - the legit Galndalf the White of refinishing hardwood flooring. We moved into a house with light hardwood floors that were literally black in places from years of abuse and neglect . There was water damage from plants and wear patterns etched into the floors. Our hopes were low. A few days with Rich and people who visit us ask if our floors are new. We also had him sand and refinish our super dark hardwoods so now all of our floors match. It's been about 5 months since project completion and they still look spectacular. I also really appreciate how Rich teaches you to take care of the floors once he's done. 10/10 recommend.

Advantage hardwood flooring is an excellent company to work with and does an amazing job. Richard and his son refinished my 30 year old pine floors and went above and beyond. The floors were in bad shape and needed some extra work to glue some cracks. I even added a wall sanding/refinishing to the project after they started and he was happy to add that. The guys stay super late at night to get the job done on time. They were a little more compared to other quotes I got, but I went with Richard because of his experience. He spent a lot of time talking and educating me about the project. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I just had my hardwood floors refinished by Richard Stryker and his son of Advantage hardwood flooring. They came out fantastic. The entire experience from booking, the start and completion of the project was on time, he was very informative on the care of the floors and all interactions were professional.
